  • ½ cup (56g) fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup (56g) shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup (56g) breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup (68g) reduced-sugar ketchup
  • 3 tbsp (45g) mustard
  • 5 small (50g) dill pickles, finely diced (or relish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven
  • Mix the Ingredients
    • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg whites, shredded cheddar, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
    • Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and finely diced pickles. Mix until fully combined.
  • Shape the Cheeseburger Bites
    • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin cup.
    • Lightly press down to shape them evenly.
  • Bake to Perfection
    • Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
