- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix cooked beef with shredded cheddar and softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Flatten Biscuit Dough: Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
- Fill & Seal: Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold over, pinch the edges to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Garlic Parmesan Topping: Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese and brush over each bomb.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve & Enjoy: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with dipping sauces like ketchup, spicy mayo, or garlic aioli.
