  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix cooked beef with shredded cheddar and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Flatten Biscuit Dough: Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.
  5. Fill & Seal: Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold over, pinch the edges to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Garlic Parmesan Topping: Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese and brush over each bomb.
  7. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
