Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken

    • Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
    • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
    • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Garlic and Vegetables

    • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Toss in the broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
