Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and trim the zucchini, then slice them into thin rounds or half-moons. Slice the onion thinly, and mince the garlic if not already prepared.
  • Heat the Pan: Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the dry red chili (if using) and let it infuse the oil for 30 seconds.
  • Sauté Aromatics: Add the sliced onion to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes until it becomes translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute, stirring to avoid burning.
