Description

This Easy Crustless Ham & Cheese Carnivore Quiche is a high-protein, low-carb meal that’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. With just five simple ingredients, it’s easy to prepare and incredibly satisfying. No crust means fewer carbs and quicker cleanup, making it a great option for those following a keto, carnivore, or gluten-free diet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven : Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish with a bit of butter or non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture : In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth and well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Add Ham and Cheese : Fold the diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture, making sure they are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour and Bake : Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread it out evenly. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden.
  5. Cool and Serve : Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy a protein-rich, satisfying meal!

Notes

  • For a cheesier quiche: Add an extra ½ cup of shredded cheese on top before baking.
  • For a dairy-free version: Substitute coconut cream for heavy cream and use dairy-free cheese.
  • For extra flavor: Try adding cooked bacon, sausage, or a dash of smoked paprika.
  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Reheating: Warm in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or microwave for 30-45 seconds.
