- 4 large eggs
- 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- 1 tomato (optional, sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Cook the Ground Beef
