Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients

  • Sauté the Vegetables

    • Heat 1 tbsp frying oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.

  • Cook the Eggs

    • Beat the eggs in a bowl.
