Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Slice the zucchinis evenly.
    • Dice the onion, grate the carrot, and slice the mushrooms.
    • Chop fresh parsley for garnish.
  • Sauté the Vegetables:

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add zucchini and onion, sautéing until soft and caramelized (about 5 minutes).
    • Stir in butter and let it melt, coating the vegetables.
  • Add the Remaining Vegetables:
