Bang Bang Sauce:
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce (without chili seeds, from an Asian grocery store)
- 2 tsp hot sauce (such as Sriracha)
- 1/4 cup light or low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the whisked eggs, then coat with panko bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place coated florets on the baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
- While the cauliflower bakes, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing the sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, mayonnaise, and honey in a bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked cauliflower or serve it on the side for dipping, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
