Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce (without chili seeds, from an Asian grocery store)
  • 2 tsp hot sauce (such as Sriracha)
  • 1/4 cup light or low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  2. Dip each cauliflower floret into the whisked eggs, then coat with panko bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  3. Place coated florets on the baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
