Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, olive oil, and water until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Remove the top sheet of parchment and cut the dough into squares or desired shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
- If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds or herbs on top of the crackers for added flavor.
- Transfer the parchment with the cut crackers onto the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the crackers to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
