  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Wash potatoes thoroughly and slice them into wedges by cutting each potato in half lengthwise, then cutting each half into 4-6 wedges.
  2. Soak the Wedges:
    • Soak the potato wedges in cold water for 20-30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Season the Wedges:
    • In a large bowl, combine the wedges, olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cook in the Air Fryer:
    • Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
    • Cook at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Add Parmesan:
    • During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, sprinkle grated Parmesan over the wedges. The heat will melt the cheese beautifully.
  7. Serve:
