  • 5 cups vegetable stock
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour

Noodles:

  • 200 grams uncooked noodles or pasta of choice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Base

  • In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion, garlic, and celery and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

2. Cook the Vegetables

  • Stir in the carrots, broccoli, peas, corn, French beans, and bell pepper.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to develop.

3. Make the Roux

  • Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir continuously for 2 minutes to prevent lumps.

4. Add the Liquid Ingredients
