  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces cooked bacon, chopped (divided)
  • ½ cup green onions, sliced (divided)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crockpot
    • Spray the inside of a 6-quart crockpot with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
  • Add the Chicken
    • Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot.
    • Pour the chicken broth over the chicken for added moisture.
  • Season the Chicken
    • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Cook on Low
    • Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  • Shred the Chicken
    • Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the crockpot.
  • Add the Cheeses
    • Stir in the cream cheese, ½ cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
    • Cover and let the cheeses melt (about 10 minutes). Stir to combine.
  • Add Bacon and Green Onions
    • Mix in half of the chopped bacon and green onions.
  • Serve and Garnish
    • Serve hot, topped with the remaining bacon and green onions.
