Ingredients

Scale

For the Cheddar Bay Stuffed Biscuits

  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Crab Filling

  • 1 pound lump crab meat, fully cooked
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½+ cup mayonnaise (add more if needed for moisture)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Lemon Butter Sauce

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Biscuit Dough

  • In a mixing bowl, prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix according to the package instructions.
  • Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning for extra flavor.

3. Make the Crab Filling

  • In a separate bowl, mix together lump crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mayonnaise, mustard, crushed Ritz crackers, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir until well combined. If the mixture seems dry, add a little more mayonnaise to make it creamy.

4. Stuff the Biscuits

  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of biscuit dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Flatten each dough portion slightly and add 1-2 tablespoons of crab filling in the center.
  • Cover with another small scoop of dough and press the edges gently to seal.

5. Bake the Biscuits

  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits turn golden brown and fluffy.

6. Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce

  • While the biscuits are baking, melt butter in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir in lemon juice and mix well.

7. Glaze & Serve

  • Brush the warm biscuits with the lemon butter sauce as soon as they come out of the oven.
  • Serve immediately while warm and cheesy!
