Description

Bursting with smoky, creamy, and savory flavors, the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito is a mouthwatering combination of tender chicken, tangy ranch dressing, spicy chipotle sauce, and fresh toppings. Wrapped in a golden, crispy tortilla, this burrito is a satisfying meal for any time of the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce (or adobo sauce)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • Olive oil (for grilling)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Filling
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and chipotle sauce.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix until well coated.
  2. Assemble the Burritos
    • Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
    • Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken mixture into the center of the tortilla.
    • Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and avocado slices on top of the chicken.
  3. Roll the Burritos
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing all the filling.
    • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  4. Grill the Burritos
    • Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
    • Place the burritos seam-side down in the pan.
    • Grill for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
  5. Serve and Enjoy
    • Remove from the pan and let the burritos cool slightly before slicing in half.
    • Serve warm with extra ranch dressing or chipotle sauce on the side for dipping.
