For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Cook the Chicken – Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Sauce – In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the Cream – Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2 minutes before adding Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Assemble the Bowls – Divide the cooked rice into serving bowls, top with chicken, and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan for added flavor. Serve immediately!
