For the Chicken & Rice:

  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice (jasmine or basmati)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken – In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  • Cook the Chicken – Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Sauce – In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the Cream – Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2 minutes before adding Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Assemble the Bowls – Divide the cooked rice into serving bowls, top with chicken, and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.
  • Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan for added flavor. Serve immediately!
