- 100 grams grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Prepare the Loaf
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Take the whole loaf of bread and slice it horizontally in half, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Spread the softened butter over the inside of both halves for extra flavor.
Prepare the Filling
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and chopped parsley until fully combined.
Layer the Salami and Cheese
- Place the salami slices evenly on the bottom half of the loaf.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese generously over the salami.
Pour the Egg Mixture
- Pour the egg and parsley mixture evenly over the salami and cheese.
- Gently press the top half of the loaf down to close the stuffed bread.
Bake the Stuffed Loaf
- Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil to keep it moist.
- Place it on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese has melted.
- Unwrap the foil in the last 5 minutes for a crispy crust.
Slice and Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, bake without foil for the last few minutes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven.
- Try using different breads like sourdough, ciabatta, or baguette.
