Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
    • Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned.
    • Stir in sliced bell peppers and black olives (if using), cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
    • Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  2. Roll Out the Dough
    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Assemble the Bread Roll
    • Evenly spread the ground beef mixture over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
    • Roll the dough into a tight log, starting from one of the long edges.
  4. Seal and Apply Egg Wash
