Description

Cheesy Garlic Butter Biscuit Bombs are the perfect warm and gooey treat! These biscuit bombs are stuffed with mozzarella, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to golden perfection. Easy to prepare and utterly irresistible, they’re ideal for snacks, appetizers, or side dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! biscuits
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  2. Flatten the biscuits: Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Gently flatten each biscuit with your fingers.
  3. Fill with cheese: Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal it completely into a ball.
  4. Prepare garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  5. Brush and season: Place the cheese-filled biscuits seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed.
  7. Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm for the best cheesy experience.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of red chili flakes or a pinch of black pepper to the garlic butter mixture.
  • Experiment with different cheeses like cheddar, gouda, or pepper jack for a unique twist.
  • If you’re making these ahead, store the prepared, unbaked biscuit bombs in the fridge and bake fresh when needed.
