Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 8 pieces frozen Texas rolls (thawed)
  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into 16 pieces
  • 4 tbsp salted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes (fresh or dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven:
    • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Dough:
    • Cut each thawed Texas roll in half, making 16 smaller pieces.
    • Flatten each dough piece slightly with your hands.
  3. Stuff the Dough with Cheese:
    • Place a piece of mozzarella in the center of each dough round.
    • Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
    • Roll each dough ball between your palms for a smooth shape.
  4. Make the Garlic Butter Mixture:
    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley flakes.
    • Stir well to combine evenly.
  5. Coat & Arrange the Bombs:
    • Dip each stuffed dough ball into the garlic butter mixture.
    • Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
  6. Bake Until Golden Brown:
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
    • Keep an eye on them to avoid overbaking.
  7. Serve & Enjoy!
    • Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter.
    • Serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Ensure the dough is sealed tightly around the cheese to prevent leakage.
  • Add grated parmesan on top before baking for extra cheesiness.
  • Brush with egg wash before baking for a golden, glossy finish.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes to maintain crispiness.
  • Freeze unbaked rolls on a tray, then store in a ziplock bag for up to 1 month. Bake directly from frozen, adding 2-3 extra minutes.
