Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Set your oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease a large baking dish with a little olive oil.

    • Slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers, as well as the onion.
    • If the chicken breasts are too thick, pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  • Season the Chicken:

    • Rub the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Sauté the Vegetables:
