  • 2 oz baby bell peppers (sliced)
  • Fresh oregano or thyme

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cabbage Steaks

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks, ensuring the core remains intact to hold the slices together.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, and Italian herb blend.
  4. Brush the cabbage steaks generously with the seasoned olive oil mixture on both sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
