Ingredients

Scale

For the Broccoli Bites

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cooked and chopped
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Dipping (Optional)

  • Ranch dressing
  • Marinara sauce
  • Honey mustard
  • Garlic aioli

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.

  • Prepare the Broccoli – Steam or boil the broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender but not mushy. Drain, let it cool slightly, and finely chop.

  • Mix the Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, beaten eggs, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.

  • Form the Bites – Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls or patties, about 1-2 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake Until Crispy – Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bites are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

  • Serve and Enjoy – Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
  • To make ahead, prepare the bites and refrigerate them for up to 24 hours before baking.
  • For air frying, cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
