Description

This Carnivore Seafood Alfredo is a creamy, protein-packed dish made with buttery seafood, rich Parmesan Alfredo sauce, and zero carbs! Perfect for those on a carnivore, keto, or low-carb diet, this quick and easy recipe delivers a restaurant-quality meal in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound seafood (shrimp, scallops, calamari, shellfish, or a mix)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (1 tbsp for seafood, 1 tbsp for sauce)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the seafood: Rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  • Cook the seafood: Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seafood and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously over low heat.
  • Add Parmesan cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan, mixing until the sauce thickens.
  • Combine and serve: Return the cooked seafood to the pan, tossing it in the sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish (optional): Top with extra Parmesan or a sprinkle of black pepper.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook seafood—it only needs a few minutes per side.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of heavy cream to thin it out.
  • For extra richness, use grass-fed butter.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
  • Best served hot and fresh, as reheating may cause the sauce to separate.
