- 3.4 oz butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (+1 tablespoon for greasing)
Instructions
The Night Before
- Prepare Pan: Grease a Bundt or angel food cake pan with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
- Layer Ingredients:
- Arrange frozen dough rolls evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle dry butterscotch pudding mix over the rolls.
- Add an even layer of brown sugar and distribute pecans on top.
- Drizzle melted butter over everything.
- Rest Overnight: Cover loosely with plastic wrap and leave on the counter overnight for the dough to rise. (Tip: Place the pan on a baking sheet to catch any spills.)
The Next Morning
- Preheat Oven: Heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake: Remove plastic wrap and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then invert the pan onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
