- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 large head butter lettuce
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup julienned red peppers

Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients
Slice the onion, grate the pear, julienne the carrots and red peppers, and mince the garlic. Set everything aside. - Cook the Ground Beef
Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground sirloin and sprinkle with salt. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and crispy (about 6–8 minutes). - Make the Bulgogi Sauce
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, black pepper, and gochujang in a small jar or bowl. Shake or whisk until well mixed. - Enhance the Beef
Add the sliced onion and grated pear to the cooked beef. Stir and cook for 4–5 minutes until the onion softens. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes. - Finish the Bulgogi
Pour the prepared sauce over the beef mixture and add the sliced green onions. Stir continuously for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef evenly. - Assemble the Wraps
Wash and pat dry the butter lettuce leaves. Spoon the bulgogi beef into each leaf. Top with julienned carrots, red peppers, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
