- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel and slice potatoes thinly; steam broccoli until tender.
- Make the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and minced garlic. Stir in heavy cream and beaten eggs. Season with salt and black pepper.
