- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- ½ cup diced jalapeños
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup diced red onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Cook the Bacon – Fry the bacon until crispy, drain excess grease, and crumble it into small pieces.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Base – In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix the Ingredients – Add the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, green onions, cilantro, red onions, garlic salt, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Add the Avocados – Gently fold in the diced avocados and lime juice, being careful not to mash them completely.
- Chill & Serve – Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add extra jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Serve with crispy tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh-cut veggies like bell peppers and celery.
