- 1 teaspoon honey (for sweetness)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (for heat)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Preheating ensures even cooking and crispy results.
- Prepare the Salmon
- Cut the salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- Season the Salmon
- Drizzle the salmon cubes with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and dried herbs. Toss until evenly coated.
- For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate for 15 minutes (optional).
- Arrange the Salmon Bites
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the salmon bites in a single layer, leaving space between them for airflow.
- Air Fry the Salmon
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7–8 minutes.
- Check for doneness at the 6-minute mark if you prefer medium-cooked salmon.
- The bites should be golden and slightly charred on the edges.
- Serve and Enjoy
- Transfer the salmon bites to a plate and serve immediately.
- Pair with sides like basmati rice, steamed vegetables, or a tangy yogurt dipping sauce.
- Garnish with fresh herbs or an extra squeeze of lemon for added freshness.
Notes
- Don’t Overcrowd: Leave space between the salmon pieces in the air fryer for even cooking.
- Fresh Ingredients Matter: Use fresh salmon, garlic, and herbs for the best flavor.
- Experiment with Flavors: Add soy sauce, honey, or sriracha for creative variations.
